Iβve never spent 1hr and 45mins at a take five ever in my life for an oil change and wipersβ¦ Technician #1 had no help as her help was incompetent and all over the place. They had to google how to put the windshield wipers on. Do not recommend, I will not be back.

I called to get a quote on an oil change 2 days ago. I couldβve sworn I was speaking with someone at this location as I could hear background noise, but I could be wrong. It couldβve been a corporate call center. Regardless the gentleman on the phone tells me the price of the oil change plus the fact that they offered a coupon that would get me down to a total of $68 plus tax. When I get to the shop this morning, I am told that the same oil change would be $90 + tax and they would not except the coupon nor the rate that I had been given via text 2 days ago. The guy was adamant about the coupon being wrong and they could not honor the price that I was given over the phone. He said it several times without any remorse. I asked them kindly to drop my hood and Iβd go somewhere else. Even if it was wrong, it just seemed like a great opportunity to provide good customer service by going above and beyond and honoring the rate I was given. Do not be deceived by any online coupons. Apparently they do not honor them at this location.

On 4/28/26 I Brought my daughters 2015 Ford Focus for a routine oil change, and was talked into a coolant flush as well. The car was running completely fine prior to visit and had zero issues. Shortly after leaving the vehicle began overheating. When I returned, I was advised the hose to the coolant reservoir was broken and told me to drive straight home there was nothing they can do. No responsibility taken for the issue, even though the problem occurred immediately after the coolant flush service was performed. Even more frustrating is the lack of assistance in resolving this matter. I contacted corporate and still waiting on a return call, while the car remains undrivable. Very disappointed with this experience and do not recommend this business!

Technician Dan horrible customer service, after he asked to get my coolant flush and me telling him that my mechanic had recently flush my radiator because the engine was pull out to replace the transmission he went and added notes on the computer that my antifreeze had high level of acidity without even testing the antifreeze. Very unhappy poor customer service and I wonβt be coming back to this location anymore. Be careful with this guy because he will try to sell you everything that he cans and he also needs to work on his customer service and his attitude

I came to this location as normal to get an oil change but was told the housing for my oil was too tight and they could not remove it. I was told I needed to go back to original place that I got serviced at which was another take 5 location on fayetteville rd. I then called the fayetteville rd location and the lady who answer asked to speak with Ty the person assisting me. On speaker I handed him the phone and she said why would you send her here if yall cant do it and he laughed and ended the call. From there he told me to go to meineke and they will help because a special tool is needed to take off the housing. I have been to take 5 multiple times and never had an issue or mention of needing a special tool. He explained only full service shops have them and they do not. I never needed it before but ok I then went to 4 other locations that are full service and they explained that the housing would need to be broken off and there is no special tool its just screwed on too tight and probably the thread is messed up now so it wont come off. I went back to the fayetteville location just for the manager...the lady I spoke to on the phone lie and say she put in a claims to order a new p
